Drone Inspections for Hard-to-Reach Structures

At Droneview.be, we offer professional drone inspections for hard-to-reach structures, including buildings, bridges, wind turbines, and more. Our advanced drones, equipped with zoom and thermal cameras, enable safe and efficient inspections without scaffolding, lifts, or dangerous climbs.

Benefits of Drone Inspections

Safety:
Our drones eliminate the need for workers to climb heights or take on risky positions, making the inspection process safer and reducing accident risk.

Detailed Imagery:
Equipped with the DJI M30T with the 200x zoom camera and thermal camera, we capture high-precision images remotely, allowing even the smallest damage to be detected.

Speed and Efficiency:
Drones can quickly inspect large areas and hard-to-reach locations, making inspections thorough and efficient—perfect for challenging structures like bridges and wind turbines.

Applications for Various Structures

Buildings and High-Rises:
Inspect facades, roofs, and inaccessible parts of tall buildings without scaffolding. Our drones offer a safe, accurate alternative to traditional inspection methods.

Bridges and Viaducts:
We conduct safe, detailed imaging of bridge structures, including hard-to-reach undersides, ensuring structural integrity checks.

Wind Turbines:
Drones enable safe inspections of blades and towers at high altitudes, identifying damage such as cracks or wear, which helps teams act efficiently and minimize downtime.

Industrial Sites:
Our drones inspect industrial sites like factories and refineries without disrupting operations. Our thermal cameras detect heat loss or risks impacting productivity. Safety and continuity at extreme heights Inspections of high-altitude installations often involve high costs and significant safety risks. Our drones capture defects with crystal-clear precision that remain invisible from the ground. A prime example is the detection of a torn membrane seal on top of a 70-meter-high silo. By identifying this early, the client can schedule targeted maintenance and prevent further damage or leaks, all while production continues uninterrupted.

Our Equipment
Our DJI Matrice 30T provides an impressive 200x zoom for visual inspections and thermographic capabilities similar to the previous Zenmuse XT2. This allows us to perform both thermal and visual inspections, even in the most hard-to-reach locations.

Live Monitoring
During our construction inspections, we now offer the possibility to watch live on an external 32” monitor. This allows you to follow the footage directly while we conduct the drone flight. You gain immediate insight into the progress and quality of your project, making it easier to make quick decisions or provide guidance.

This additional service ensures greater transparency and involvement during the inspection, so you always know exactly what’s happening.
