By deploying both a thermal drone and a handheld thermal imaging camera indoors, we accurately mapped where the building loses energy and where the insulation falls short.<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"6\" \/>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\"><b>The Challenge: Increasing Comfort and Reducing Energy Costs<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">The owner wanted an objective view of the energy status of the home. The focus was on:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"9\">\n<li>Identifying <b>thermal bridges<\/b> and insulation defects.<\/li>\n<li>Detecting heat loss at the roof and around windows.<\/li>\n<li>Detecting potential moisture-related issues invisible to the naked eye.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b>Our Methodology: Dual Thermal Inspection<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">For a 100% reliable result, we combined two techniques:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<li><b>Aerial Analysis (Drone):<\/b> Using the <b>DJI M210T<\/b>, we inspected the roof shell and the upper floors. This revealed clear leaks at the roof ridge and around the Velux skylight.<\/li>\n<li><b>Interior Inspection (Handheld):<\/b> Using a manual thermal camera, we checked the interior.
